Mr. M.K.ASHOKA,S/O Kodandaramachar, aged about 38 years, residing atNo.197/k-52, Kshethraiah Road, Devamba Agrahara, K.R.Mohalla, Mysore, has forged our signatures and has created documents of mortgage/lease deed for the 1st floor of our residence address shown above and has taken a Temporary Injunction from the court by misleading the honorable court and the bench.
I, now request you to register a criminal case against Mr.Ashoka for forging the documents and misleading the honorable court.
Please oblige and do the needful. Immediate action regarding this shall be appreciated.
