First: Please read the following instructions.
Second: Click on "Register Complaints" below.
Third: You come to a screen where you can simply type the details of the complaint.
Fourth: At the end of the screen, click on "Register" button. The complaint gets registered.
Fifth: Your complaint gets a unique number which is the complaint number. Please use this number to view status of your particular complaint.
Sixth: Use the "Reset" button to cancel the entry made on the screen.
Seventh: To view the Status of Complaint/s, click on "Status of all complaints". The screen will show all complaints received.
Eight: If you want to view any particular complaint, click on "Check Status (of complaint no....)", you can view the status of your complaint alone.
Ninth: If you desire to know the abstract of all complaints, it is available on the column next to this column.
Tenth: If a printout is needed the user can click on the "Print" option.
